I was in an accident earlier this year and had my truck towed to ****** Collision on Feb ******. My truck took longer than what I was initially told. After I was given the run around several times on the date for picking up my truck. I asked to speak to a manager since I was being told the opposite of the truth. The manager I spoke to was very unprofessional and showed no care. He gave me all these excuses on why the truck wasn't ready. **************** is lacking to say the least. I was told my vehicle was going to be almost a week ago. We spoke with **** this past Monday (the 2nd occasion it was supposed to be ready) and he advised it was scratched when they were reassembling the vehicle and that it would be ready on Tuesday. The vehicle was still not ready. I called back and **** said it would be ready for sure on Thursday @ 2pm. Just went to pick it up and low and behold it still isn't ready. No communication from the servicer this entire time. I would ... read more
