I have been coming to Joel for him to work on my vehicles for many years. It is a testament to someone when the customer follows the service provider no matter where he goes. I'm super happy that he is in Birdsboro because it is closer to me anyway. :) He is so trustworthy, fair and honest that if he says that something needs to be repaired, then you can believe it. His prices are quite reasonable, especially for the care and attention that he gives. There is no one better than Joel!!
Wouldn’t trust no one else with my vehicle. Joel was honest . being a female going into a mechanic shop we worry about being taken advantage but Joel made it a great experience. And the price was fair. Glad I found this place . Will be back in the future. Thank you to Joel and his team for such great service.
This is the best repair shop I have ever been to. I had brakes,rotors, oil change, and inspection done. My car was shaking so much before I brought it to the shop. I had this service done years ago at another shop and it cost double the amount. As a woman I highly trust going to Joel's Automotive Repair shop. They are definitely trust worthy and honest.
I've been coming to Joel since 2015 when i lived in Berks. I drive over an hour from the Philly area nowadays anytime I need something done on a vehicle. I've been to other mechanics here and there to save myself a trip, and they're not nearly as skilled--and wait for it--or AS HONEST as Joel. He recently opened his shop in Birdsboro again and I'm more than happy to drive over an hour and wait with my car. He's knowledgeable and his prices are very fair. Expensive and untrustworthy. Went for an oil change and asked to check/top off fluids under the hood. He proceeds to tell me I have water pump leak, but as I was checking the coolant level today I noticed the cap was broken and he never replaced it nor told me. He is a complete liar and will take advantage of you!! Wish I could give zero stars 😡
