JoEllen Heims was very thorough. She is also very personable and makes you feel a little less stressed about your health.
Dr. Heims is the best!
Refuses to listen, dropped patient care without a notice, denies refills on life saving medications such as insulin, rushes through appointments as if they are a burden, staff is equally as rude and thoughtless, unwilling to cooperate with patients. I'm not her patient, thank God, but both my parents are as well as a few close family friends. These are just observations I've gathered through listening to said family and friends. Really if you have any other option, I would go with that.
