Dr. Heims is the best!
Refuses to listen, dropped patient care without a notice, denies refills on life saving medications such as insulin, rushes through appointments as if they are a burden, staff is equally as rude and thoughtless, unwilling to cooperate with patients. I'm not her patient, thank God, but both my parents are as well as a few close family friends. These are just observations I've gathered through listening to said family and friends. Really if you have any other option, I would go with that.
Dr. Heims and her nurse, Megan, are so kind and friendly. They both take the time to listen and go out of their way to help their patients. The clinic is friendly, warm and inviting and make scheduling such a breeze. I would recommend Dr. Heims to all of my friends and family.
