Office staff very nice. Dr. Simon has always met my needs. Gayle and Rebecca are very good and attentive. Mal in lab department very nice and draws blood excellent, no pain and no bruising for me. Always makes sure if I ask for labs that my Endocrinologist orders get faxed on a timely manner.
I always have a positive outcome when I see Dr Simon. She is always very kind and professional with me. Due to my diagnosis I have to see her every 3 months and she has brought me through some tough situations. Wouldn't see any other providers in town. I've seen all the providers in this practice and feel extremely comfortable with every single one of them.
Receptionist was incredibly rude, scheduler is almost impossible to get in touch with let alone get an appointment, and this was with dr Simon. Had me do blood work which turned out concerning results and multiple X-rays And referral to pain management, got into pain management but had my follow up for 2 months after having this stuff done so I’m going to see pain management before the doctor even had a chance to look over my X-rays or discuss lab results.
