As you may have experienced with other lenders the daunting amount of paperwork that is required. I can honestly say that JoElla and the American Pacific Mortgage team made the process painless. Yes they did as for certain documentation that was needed to get the loan approved but only requested one time not several times as other lenders have. JoElla coordinates the loan process from start to finish efficiently, professional and is always very pleasant to work with. I highly recommend American Pacific Mortgage when needed.
JoElla is the best!! I could end the review here but I am happy to add a few things. I have worked with JoElla many times over the years. She helped me with 10 different loans. Many of them have been complicated and require a higher level of experience to see them through. No one likes loosing a purchase because a lender cannot perform. JoElla has never let me down and her attention to detail is amazing. She also has a great team between Tina and Brittaney.
