As you may have experienced with other lenders the daunting amount of paperwork that is required. I can honestly say that JoElla and the American Pacific Mortgage team made the process painless. Yes they did as for certain documentation that was needed to get the loan approved but only requested one time not several times as other lenders have. JoElla coordinates the loan process from start to finish efficiently, professional and is always very pleasant to work with. I highly recommend American Pacific Mortgage when needed.
