Dr. Joel Webb is an excellent doctor. He really takes time to listen to your concerns and explain his course of action to identify, resolve or treat your problem. He truly cares about his patients and you don't feel as if you are on an assembly line. I was very concern about finding caring, well qualified doctors in Virginia when I moved to the area.
