Dr Sachs is a busy bee in his practice. I’ve watched him run to each patient, he’s calm, efficient and humor abounds! I’m not a nervous patient with Dr Sachs!
I've been going to Dr. Sachs for close to 40 years. Unfortunately, he sold his practice to a conglomerate and the office has gone downhill since. A dentist was supposed to take over his once a month Saturdays and the dentist's wife said he couldn't do it - Strike One. I had an appointment and got no reminder - called the office and found out that it was closed until May 1 - Strike Two. Found out that there is now only one hygientist. No one answers the phone. It wasn't lunch time. Called for 30 minutes straight
Not too happy about what happened here. I had an appointment scheduled in advance and then less than 24 hours before my appointment they called and canceled it (remember we as a patient are expected to give more than a 24 hour notice if we need to cancel and if we don’t we get charged). I tired to call them back within 5 minutes of the voice mail they left and their number seems to be disconnected. So I couldn’t even get any answers on what’s going on. I’m very upset about this.
