I highly recommend Dr. Joel Rivera Rodriguez. If you want a Dr. that will listen to you thoroughly and give you answers to your questions clearly and direct Dr. Joel Rivera Rodriguez Is the Dr. to see. Very attentive to one's health issues, and caring. My husband Antonio and I always leave reassured and pleased with a solution and not a concern. Dr. Rivera is a very good doctor, compassionate, he listens to his patients, is very knowledgeable and has very good bedside manners. No complaint from Joel. However, the staff is not at the same level of Dr. Rivera. The staff at this office, is to my understanding very inept. They sit on paperwork, they lie that stuff has been done when they have not done it, they have no empathy and when you call they act as if being bothered. My dad has been a patient of Dr Rivera-Rodriguez for years. I accompany my dad to all his appointments, so I can tell you first hand that Dr Rivera-Rodriguez is kind, compassionate and listens! In fact, he finally talked to my dad about the tests he needed, (he wouldn't listen to me), and dad decided to get the tests and treatment he needed. He just turned 94!! I highly recommend Dr. Rivera-Rodriguez and his staff!
