Poor company and leadership. Joel, the owner is very hands off. Very much a "Boss" instead of a leader. My experience was very poor and for that reason I would suggest looking at other options. Company has been in business since 1996 and from what I see has very little revenue and employee head count. I suggest looking elsewhere.
Poor company and leadership. I would NOT recommend to potential employee, client, or candidate. The owner (Joel) is very hands off, but at the same time follows an extreme amount of metrics. I would suggest focusing on actual headhunting rather than cold calling with sketchy, poorly-written scripts. Bottom line, look at other options.
