I feel that Dr. Parraghi and the staff were very rude in regards to our sick dog. The technician stated that they do not do any Emergency appointments. We had been going to Going to Geiger Now Croswell Veterinary Services for almost 14 years. I have never seen a more Incompetent vet then I have with Dr. Parraghi. Beware if you are thinking of seeing this Incompetent vet. He NEVER examines the pets people bring in, he has his technician's do that work. I had a litter of puppies ears cropped here and there were many issues. Biggest one was that they were going to call in meds for post op and never did no matter how much I reached out to the vet. I had to get ahold of another local vet to get the meds and they have had many people come to them from Joel Parraghi with the same issue and infected ears. Also don’t expect to great customer service, the owner and worker were rude and very bothered by us paying with card instead of cash.
