Not reliable. I contacted Luis and informed him where my car was. He said he'll come late afternoon. Then he messaged me he was 10 minutes away. An hour later, no show. I called and texted him, and he did not have the courtesy to respond. If you aren't taking the job, don't waste people's time!!!
First fixed starter. Then alternator with basic part, lasted 7 days, placed another alternatir lasted 2 days! Now waiting for removal of alternator, get money back and get ew other alternator today monday I hope.
I ordered a radiator and ask him to come install it. He attached my bumper back on with ZIPTIES things have been falling off my car since. My car is still overheating and having the same issues I paid him to fix. Turns out they also lie about providing services

Fantastic mobile mechanic. I wish I would have thought of this.sooner. I had a problem with my hood latch after the dealership installed my new radiator. Instead of making the long drive back out there, I called up Joel mobile mechanic. He came to the house, rectified the problem quickly and at a reasonable price. I'm very pleased. Now I'll call on Joel Monile Mechanic again, before going to the dealership, if I have any auyi repair issues.
