This dealer is the worst place to purchase anything from. They take advantage of people and they take advantage of any possible loophole to increase the cost of whatever they are trying to sell you. They sold a friend of mine a vehicle with a documented Lot Value of $1000 for $4500. Then they financed it for her at a rate of 18% which is outrageous.
