Changing a positive review is unfortunate but it takes one single bad interaction to make that decision. As someone that has been in the medical field for a very long time and now exposed to being the first face a patient sees, I always consider how simple it is to have manners and greet each individual or at least acknowledge them, it is honestly common sense. I came to Dr. Jabr for a root canal. I have been to many dentists over the years but never met someone like Dr. Jabr. Not only is he super intelligent and amazing at what he does, but he is very friendly and makes an effort to know his patients. The entire process of the root canal & crown was completely painless. Him and his staff explained everything and did a great job. Thank you SO much. Highly recommend Dr. Jabr!
