This place sucks they don't keep up with their patients.
I am soooo impressed with Doctor Arter! He is very thorough, extremely professional and sincerely caring about my husband and my well-being as patients. He takes the time to explain things as well as bringing up diagrams. I actually have learned new things from him that I hadn't heard from other doctors that made perfect sense. I truly think he is one of the best doctors I've seen over the last forty years and I am very appreciative of having found him and would highly recommend him to anybody looking for a primary MD.
Joel Arter, M.D., provided me excellent primary doctor services. His professionalism and pleasantries always make me feel that I can trust him.
Ugly office for sure! Dr never really concerned about my concerns just wasn’t happy with this place !!
I was referred to this ugly office by my insurance company. It took me 57 minutes to get to talk to the receptionist. Very badly trained It is looks more like a Chinese village than Doctors office . Strongly not recomendet
