He is very nice and tried to help. What he didn't unfortunately understand that when an older woman that's had an allergy infection for 4 months or longer that she needs antibiotics and steroids to clear out the severe upper respirator infection. I had sinus surgery years ago and zi have adhesions backing up sinus draining which caused sever pain. I also have Fibromyalgia. First time seeing Dr.Jules today, really glad I chose him as my new primary care provider. I have a few different issues and he is doing everything he can to correct them. I’m highly confident that he will resolve them. He offered to call me after hours with test results and is getting them done quickly. He isn’t like most doctors who throw a band aid on the issue he is working to resolve the actual problem at the root. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr.Jules!
I really like Dr. Jules. He is attentive, explained everything and was thorough. This visit, walk in, I did sit out front for about an hour after being told there was no one in front of me. Thankfully his nurse checked before he left for lunch or I would have been there longer. The lab results took more time than I anticipated, and I had to call a couple of times for them. But all in all, I was very pleased and feel that I was well taken care of. Very satisfied!
I really enjoyed my visit with Dr. Jules. He was very through with my labs. He called me on the weekend or after hours personally to tell me the results of the lab. He signed and faxed over my medical clearance form quickly. I highly recommend and will see him again!
Dr. Jules is a wonderful doctor who listens to his patients. He is very thorough in the examination process and explains everything to where you understand him. His nurse is awesome to. She is very knowledgeable and caring. I highly recommend them both.
