My son was scheduled a follow up appointment 1 week after with Dr. Jones after his MRI, CT Scan, etc to get the results, but he accepted a job somewhere else and no one called to reschedule his follow up. They called to reschedule it the day of the tests, with a different ENT, and now his follow up appointment isn’t until a month AFTER these really important scans.
