Called spoke with reception Sal . Difficult person didn’t hear ,couldn’t understand what I need then he just hung up the phone because of his limitations , I couldn’t even schedule my appointment thru the phone so I will need to drive to speak to someone else. I just can imagine how many other patients he treat like that since Dr Silverman has great reviews! . If you get this guy just hung up is a waste of time and you can tell he hates talk to people , why he’s in customer service ??
I have never experienced the special care that I receive from Dr. Silverman. I will be his patient as long as he practices medicine.
I drive over 500 miles round trip, 5 times a year to keep Dr. Silverman as my primary doctor. That should speak volumes.
