Had severe Carpal tunnel. Test was unpleasant but not fatal. Wanted to go back with next issue, but he was still in covid closure. Staff tainted mood of visit.
I was referred to Dr. Gedan for an EMG due to a compressed ulnar nerve. He was thorough and compassionate. He wasn't in a rush. I was surprised to read some less than positive reviews because my experience with him was all positive. The EMG caused some minor discomfort but not pain (at least for me). I wonder if the less positive reviews reflected more on the procedure than on the doctor.
I saw Dr. Gedan recently for numbness/pain in both of my hands/fingers. I have a cervical herniation at the C4-C5 levels, & Dr. Gedan did an EMG study to determine if my issues were related to the herniation. I found Dr. Gedan to be an excellent practitioner. He listened intently to my concerns & issues & he seemed genuinely concerned with providing me with an answer. Additionally, Dr. Gedan's staff were wonderful. They were very friendly, professional, & seemed to care greatly about my visit.
