Very unprofessional agent! Apparently, he didn’t like me coming in and complaining about a recurring billing issue. It was so hard for him to apologize and he mimicked like a five-year-old child by throwing his hands in the air and yelling “SORRY.” He kept making weird facial expressions in my face and being theatrical.
