We had an issue with our homeowners insurance from corporate. Joel came out and did an in person look to get things cleared up. Then he noticed that our garage had too much insurance on it so he came out again and looked around and did a reevaluation of our coverage. He was on time, kind, and professional.
We appreciated Joel's kindness during a very stressful time. He took the time to listen to us and was very helpful. We highly recommend him.
