Was this urologist's staff friendly? Not one bit Did this urologist have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Not at all! They were boring and outdated Does this urologist give unbiased advice? Definitely not! It was obvious they just wanted to make money! Are you going to visit this urologist again? Not if my life depended on it Did this urologist rush your appointment? Yes, I barely had any time to ask questions

Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted Is this urologist easy to reach in an emergency? Absolutely! I can always count on them Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

It was satisfactory Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes Was this provider's office clean? It was satisfactory

Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? No, they didn't cancel on me last minute Did this urologist rush your appointment? Yes, I barely had any time to ask questions Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they had everything you could possibly need!

Did they follow up with you after your appointment? No, but they said they were going to! Did this urologist seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? Not at all, they seemed stuck in the past Was this provider's office easy to locate? I got lost, but eventually found it Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Absolutely not! I constantly have to repeat and re-explain my situation! Was it easy to find parking at this urologist's office? Not really, but I found a spot

Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? No, my appointment started at the scheduled time Did this provider have reasonable prices? Yes Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this urologist without scheduling an appointment? Yes Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!
