I’ve known Dr. Norman for years and the other post on here is the furthest thing from the truth. He (and his staff!) is wonderful, kind, caring and compassionate. Please take reviews with a grain of salt. He’s done surgery on me and also my best friend and we both had excellent experiences and great outcomes. His reviews for the Knoxville location are better than this one start review. Please check them all. I’m a Nurse Practitioner and would highly recommend him!!!
