Dr. Portnoy is the Best, hands down!
I found the office staff to be very friendly, and at this visit, I was late due to a transportation issue, and they still took me in. My doctor, Dr. Portnoy is in my opinion an excellent doctor. He listens he gives advice and above all a very gentle doctor. I would recommend this practice and this Dr to anyone.
