I had a mystery pain in my leg, went to a sports doctor who said it might be arthritis but wasn't sure. I figured I'd try PT and went to Joel. He checked me out & said he was pretty sure it was a pinched L3 nerve, and prescribed a program to address that. I went to PT for 5 or 6 weeks which resolved it. I was a happy guy. I would give 5 stars but I am a runner and nobody at Joel's shop was, so there may have been insights they otherwise could've provided. I think Joel knows his stuff.
