Took the time to go through everything methodically and carefully. A true scientist, follows the data and has a lot of experience in his field.
He is arrogant and can't be bothered to return patient calls.
I asked to see if i can have the initial paperwork be sent to me so that i can fill it out before next weeks appt. I was told that they CANNOT send me the information because its just "demographics and signatures". best part was all the attitude in communicating that to me. Not cool when a person is not feeling well.
