Thought I posted this after my first visit. Regardless, the team here at AdventHealth primary care is incredible to say the least. I've never had a doctor spend as much time with me during a visit as Dr. Kavan. And every time I have an issue, I don't have to worry about having to wait months for a visit, or weeks for an answer if I have a question. 10/10 I recommend Dr. Kavan for anyone in Wellsville or surrounding areas.
Only open 4 days a week, and sometimes randomly close other days. It takes a week to get test and xray results, and they do not return calls promptly. Check in was laborious even though I pre-registered online. I am private pay and felt unclear as when and how much to pay. Both visits I experienced long waits in the waiting room when I was clearly their only patient.
The best doctor's office experience I can remember. The nurse was friendly and didn't rush. Dr. Kavan was extremely pleasant to talk with and didn't rush. You know how you usually get about 2 minutes with the actual doctor? Well, that is not the case here. Dr. Kavan took the time to listen and understand and give practical suggestions as opposed to just pushing pills. Will definitely go here in the future.
