While Dr Camila may be a good Doctor he is chronically late. I waited 1.5 hours for my consultation. After 40 hours fasting and 26 hours since starting prep I had to wait 3.5 hours in the waiting area for him to do my procedure. Think twice before using this Doctor unless you like long waits. In three years, I will visit a different Doctor.
I had a great experience with Dr. Camilo. He listens to my health concerns and discusses medications, procedures, and long-term next steps with me. Yes, I waited longer than usual, but it didn’t bother me at all.
Dr. Camilo performed an endoscopic procedure on my ninety year old dad while he was hospitalized. Dr. Camilo called me to explain the procedure and took his time answering questions. He seemed genuinely interested in my dad even though my dad was not a regular patient of his. He took a biopsy and recommended that we follow up with my dad’s oncologist.
