I have been going to Dr Baisden since I was a teenager and he is exceptional. He caught my retinal detaching and my children’s astigmatisms. He is always so nice and answers all questions and breaks it down so that your kids understand. The staff just depends on who is there as I have had everyone good and bad but the doctor is amazing!
Very unprofessional front desk staff!!!!! Tried calling to schedule an appointment phone just rang and rang with no answer. Called back repeatedly for 20 mins still no answer. Who hears a phone constantly ringing and refuses to answer??? They then locked my vision care plan to their location!!!!! Well had to spend 20min with insurance provider to just unlock my vision care from them.
I've been using this optometrist for years, and love experience and service. Cathy helped me out, with my new glasses.
