Every time I visit Dr..Augustine he’s always concerned about my health he’s also thorough with his examination of my health so I’m pleased with him being my doctor.
My experience with Dr. Augustin can only be rated as excellent. From his caring personality, his ability to explain the terms of diagnosis, willingness to patiently and fully answer every question, to his personal followup, I am very comfortable with my healthcare resting in his hands.
I enjoyed my experience with Dr. Augustin because he is very thorough, attentive and he doesn't rush through. So far I really like Oak Street Healthcare. Everyone there is extremely nice and helpful.
Dr. Augustin treats me like an adult, not a helpless elder. I feel like he is a partner in my looking after my own health and not some parent that overseas me as though i am somehow incapable of making informed decisions. It is good to have him as a doctor.
