Katie's unprofessionalism is evident in her rude attitude and constant dismissal with phrases like "I don't know why." It's frustrating when dealing with IRCC issues, and your consultant fails to provide adequate support and attention to detail. Despite explaining my background, Katie consistently provided inaccurate information and seemed disinterested. If this is the level of service provided during free consultations, good luck Katie.
