Joel has just completed the replacement of our old oil-fired boiler by a Worcester gas boiler and carried out all the associated checks and tests. He booked the job a few weeks ago to come to us after the gas supply was connected by Phoenix. He arrived on time on the agreed date and took just over 2 days to complete the job as well a couple of other jobs (replacement of the old back boiler circulator pump and a new Quooker tap). Joel came when he said he would. Although a new part was needed, he got our boiler going until he returned the following day with the new part. This fixed the problem. Really nice straightforward guy.
