Joel has been very helpful and thorough. I've seen leases available online, and even seen some in use that are a single page, and they leave much to chance. The lease Joel prepared for me is multiple pages long and took into account pretty much every normal possibility and laid things out in detail so landlord and tenant know what is expected of them. I've been very happy with Joel's service, and would happily recommend him.
I met with Joel in the process of setting up my small business. He gave detailed and actionable advice. He is personable and conscientious. As I begin business I want to make sure that I am conducting in the appropriate manner and protecting myself, my family and my business.
