First I want to say that I never make reviews. This one though, this one hurts. I’ve suffered from horrible chronic sinus infections for about 6 years now. When I told the doctor that I get 5-6 sinus infections a year, one year I got them back to back 3 months in row, he literally looked me dead in the face and said “Yeah that’s a normal amount to get per year”, Then proceeded to dismiss all of my concerns. Rude. Called me a liar. Was told I qualified to come back bc of the hearing loss I already knew I had and constant ringing in my ear, just to wait for an hour and get told that he doesn’t know what he could do for me bc my hearing is perfect, but also the loss I have is is due to age, but then it’s also better than a 6 month old baby. Contradicting himself. Gaslighter. Waste of time. Go to a different doctor.

This Dr. Should be barred from practicing medicine. He is the only doctor in Lubbock that is licensed to do a certain type of surgery. After doing the surgery on my son,he done a follow up appointment and then we received a letter stating that it was no longer therapeutic for him to care for my son,because my wife was stresses and got rude with his receptionist. I feel very fortunate to see Dr. Cordero. He is kind and will make you smile if you are having a blue day. He listens and answers all your concerns. Dr. Cordero has a compassionate bedside manner.
