DeFrank was sanctioned with a letter of some kind placed in his file and he was required to attend some kind of competence training with regard to handling clients funds. END OF EDIT. Retained this attorney for a civil case. I would not retain him again. I hire attorneys all the time. Got this lawyer’s details from LegalEASE and contacted him three weeks ago went to voice mail and left a voicemail with a complete details of my case, sent an email as well, never got a response for the last three weeks and decided to call him back today and went to voicemail again and then when he called me back he was hella rude and he asked me “what do i want?” And explained my situation and he responded “I’m not gonna fix someone else’s issue” no empathy no nothing and he said to call the company that gave me his details... read more
