Joe Wheeler septic went above and beyond expectations. Told me what type of lid and where to get it, even waited for me after I got the wrong sized lid. He even helped me remove the old and install the new. To top all of that, he provided educational knowledge on the septic system and what I would need to do in case of a system failure. 10 out of 5 stars!
