Outrageous pricing for electric. Came from South Dakota and all utilities combined there in a larger house never exceeded $300 in the dead of winter or summer. Electrical alone with this company had been over $400 a month. Absolutely disgusting to rip off your customers like this. Disgraceful. There needs to be another option for electrical around here. Literally scared to run my hvac or have any lights on due to how much they charge us.

Within the past six months their online bill pay has sucked it's almost like they want you to be disconnected so they can charge extra fees. Remember everyone doesn't have the ways and means to make it in person. Maybe you need a new IT person. Service stinks!
