Within the past six months their online bill pay has sucked it's almost like they want you to be disconnected so they can charge extra fees. Remember everyone doesn't have the ways and means to make it in person. Maybe you need a new IT person. Service stinks!
My husband and I had a pleasant experience, everyone was very nice and helpful and answered all our questions.
Worst service I've gotten. There was an outage early Friday morning and they never fixed it, so they are leaving their customers without Internet all weekend. That's terrible and rude.
