We always get good and friendly service!
They are a terrible organization. That's supposed to be a co-op but I would describe them better as a dictatorship setup to take your money. Some of the rudest people I ever dealt with in my life. Terrible customer service, and again the people are so rude. Don't nobody know what's going on.
