I've been charged for someone else's usage after I moved, and they do not have my cancelation call saved in there log since it was more than a month ago. You guys are absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with no reason you guys got heavy 1 star reviews.. I'm sick and tired of getting late charges cause you guys won't answer a phone . I would never recommend you to anybody.. instill don't have wifi for 3 days now cause you guys are absolutely horrible on helping anybody and your automated services are down.. I promise you you guys will lose my business.. I need spectrum cause you guys must be on a spectrum yourselfs
