Joe showed up at my home while I was away. We contacted him to replace the damper in our fireplace. While I was away he led my wife to believe more repairs were required. He changed the damper, the cap, and the ash door. He worked a total of 6 hours over 2 days because apparently he starts work at noon everyday. She tells me that he is very arrogant and condescending towards her. He charged her $2000 without even worrying about asking me if the price was ok.
