Rude and unprofessional. Blew off THREE scheduled appointments. Told my unit would be fixed within one week - tops, but it took 7 weeks. Oh and take a good look at the ratings on here. Nice to know that one of the 5 star ratings is from Joe Warren himself. Do NOT do business with these losers.
