Last year he came out to look at our heating system that was having problems. I told him what kind of system we had over the phone and what was going on. Joe said it should be no problem, he works on that system all the time. He came, charged me $150 for a service call and said he didn’t have the part that I needed. No offer to get the part and fix my heat. Left me in the cold. What a crook!
I own an older home with leaky shut off valves. Jake came in and replace all of my shut offs they did a great job I would highly recommend them. Kent ,Mansfield
Joe and his son were very quick to respond to a tankless water heater replacement. They did a great job and even followed up went something went wrong (wasn't their fault - defective valve). i highly recommend
