Excellent service. Can you get cheaper rates from GEICO? Yes, and we did for years. However, we ended up with very difficult processes and roadblocks and ultimately having to pay high deductibles (or having coverage denied) when it came to actually submitting claims. We ultimately changed to Joe Walker and State Farm to get much better hail coverage and excellent communication and service.
