We have had State Farm for over 40 years and have been with Joe Walker for the past 15 plus years. Joe and his staff have always taken care of us for all of our insurance needs. They are knowledgeable, compassionate and will go that extra mile to help out. Joe, Chase and Rose- thank you all for all your hard work.
My experiences with this State Farm office have been very positive. We have rental dwelling policies as well as life insurance policies. All were very fairly priced, and the application process was simple. My representative has been very helpful in keeping us updated on our policies. In addition, although not directly through this office, our recent dealings with automotive claims after an accident with another State Farm customer have been simple and satisfactory.
This location has been my agent since I lived in Clyde and they were down town. They always have super friendly people working. This office will randomly call and check in to see if I need anything, especially during Covid. I have limited interactions as I don't need them very often. They are always able to help and provide a great , welcoming experience. I've had their insurance for about 12 years and they are still the cheapest in town. Highly recommend this office/location.
Called to let them know I was changing companies, sent an email and told them I changed companies and 24 hrs later they drafted my account for payment. Plus they are twice the price I got elsewhere with less coverage
