Hi service is always very good
As always prompt, courteous service.
I called twice and left a message for a call back to get on their schedule when my AC unit stopped working. That was over 48 hours ago and I’m still waiting for a call back. Just like most small one-man service providers in the area, they are either too busy or too lazy to get the job done. You’re better off going with a larger company with multiple contractors. They’ll at least return your call in a timely manner and get the job done. With these guys you’ll be waiting indefinitely with a broken AC unit.
