Best staff ever... Treated me like family... Best priced insurance...And then came the hidden fees that they wanted to charge me. Couldn't even explain to me what the fees were for. Just told me to pay an extra 96 dollars or they were going to cancel my policy. After all these years with them and not 1 claim they just weren't all that honest with me... Will be switching in the next week or so to a different company... They lost my trust...

We were with State Farm for years, until we had to file a claim after water damage. Worst service ever. No interest in actually helping their clients. Our lawyer told us StateFarms is one of the worst Insurances right now, they have many pending lawsuits. Wish we would have known sooner.
