If you’re reading this don’t hesitate just call JOE you won’t regret it, thank me later!! Joe is very honest, patient, and professional. He helped us buy a 6plex and he had great insights, and lots of resources to help us with managing our new rentals. He responded quickly to texts and calls and proactively contacted us throughout the purchase. He also is very kind and friendly. He deserves his 5 Stars.

Joe was recommended by a friend. I was amazed at his efficiency and care to detail. I would ask him to do something and within minutes he would get back to me.
