It's been about a year since we purchased our building and have had our sump pump/ backup battery replaced and our heat and air upkeep completed by Pats Plumbing, Heating, and Air. Each time we are thrilled with the work we receive. Will recommend them to i know needing services.

Emmanuel was excellent. He addressed our dilemma provided constructive explanations to some questions, and gave useful advice regarding how to set our dampers. He was also pleasant and personable, and even petted the cat and stopped him from getting into the utility closet.
We had someone come out for an emergency leak under the sink. The gentleman arrived and was not only courteous but did a wonderful job with the repair.
awesome service! After one call phone, the work tech was on-site quickly to assess the issues and develop a plan to fix within a couple days. The follow-up and completion of the project were excellent as well with the entire process finishing up early than projected. Great job team.
