My house is very old, and the plumbing looks complicated. I was very worried when a pipe started leaking behind the shower wall and I imagined the tile would have to be redone. Joe very quickly found the problem and fixed it, and the tile didn't have to be removed. He was so nice and answered all of my questions and looked at all the other plumbing concerns that I asked about. Joe will go out of his way to save clients money. He has walked me through the solution to a plumbing issue on more than one occasion, either by phone or email, and charged me nothing for the guidance. He's also fast; when he came out to solve a problem I was unable to solve myself, it took him less than 15 minutes! Highly recommend!
