Ordered coffee and overnight oats And while they tasted good, the oats portion was so tiny it could might as well be just a free sample. I do give them credit though for having good quality coffee at the airport.
I arrived in the Minneapolis/St Paul airport and have had the açaí bowl many times at Joe and the Juice. Today there were no banannas so I asked to substitute blue berries and the clerk said I had to pay and extra $1.30 for them even though there were no banannas. She said it was corporate policy. I did then pay. When my bowl arrived it was half the size it normally is with 6 blueberries added and minimal granola. The ran out of ingredients of most smoothie options, so I ordered one they had everything for. They ended up making my original order with half the ingredients, in the wrong size. Bad service bad smoothie
Bought two sandwiches, a banana bread and a juice - order totaling $44. Once we opened the sandwiches they tasted off and we realized that they gave us the gluten free bread and not the original bread. Sandwiches tasted bland and not worth the spend. Disappointed. Have been ordering here for many years on my travels and service is always slow.
I’ve been trying to order from here about a year now. As someone who frequently comes through and wants a healthy option I always stop by. However it is Quite literally the WORST place to order from at MSP airport and any Joe and juice I’ve ever been to. They are NEVER fully stocked on ingredients. It takes me at least 2 tries to order something because they don’t have basic items like oat milk. It doesn’t matter if you come right away in the morning or in the afternoon.
