Stay away ! wont admit their mistakes, send us wrong load information which caused delay at the pick up, at the end the load was canceled because of Joetex mistake, we end up with no load at the end of the day and being so late couldn't recover the truck, Joetex wont admit there mistake and wont compensate us for loosing the whole day. The worst company ever! The manager Tamy is a very unprofessional and rude person! Agent Colin is lost and untrained! We booked a load with them and on the RC found out that the commodity is different and has 2 pickups! Anyway, we accepted the load. Driver went to the first pickup where he was told they don’t have the load, the second place has the load. Dont use this broker/carrier! These people are very unstable, rude, unprofessional.Be carefull!
Booked a load with them since Friday for a pickup that was scheduled for the following Monday. Once our driver was empty in Dallas TX he drove over 100miles headed towards Waskom TX for the pickup. They called and canceled on us. Asked them for a TONU and they refused to pay. Very unprofessional company they act stupid on the phone just giving you the run around blaming each other. DO NOT BOOK LOADS WITH THEM!!!
Amazing company to work with. Front office of Holly and Tammy have been professional and personable since day one. Drivers are always early and loads get delivered on time, every time. You can tell that their whole team of drivers and staff are the best in the business. My customers and I can rest easy knowing Joe Tex is on the job.
