Hosted an 80th birthday party at the Catskill Fly Fishing Center & Museum, Joe catered the event. He was amazing! Responded quickly to our requests, gave great advice, didn’t oversell, and assembled all the food quickly. Couldn’t have gone better. Food was fantastic, Joe is a Gem!
We came up with a great menu, he delivered as promised, and was as pleasant as possible the entire time. My family loved him and his wife! We are definitely coming back to this area and utilizing Joe again.
