Joe has done multiple projects for me--window installation, some roofing, reinforcing the structure of an old garage, some trim and painting, and rebuilding rotted flooring in a bathroom. He is knowledgeable and efficient. He communicates and consults on an ongoing basis. Everything he has done has been to the highest standard and held up well over time. His rates are very reasonable for the level of expertise and care he exhibits. I recommend him without reservation .
